Concentrix Wins Big, Earns Two Silver Stevies
Fremont, CA - Sept. 6, 2016 - Concentrix was a big winner at the Stevie
International Business Awards (IBAs). Concentrix brought home the silver in the
Best Customer Service Team category and the silver in the CSR Program of the
Year category for Asia and Australia/New Zealand. This makes 11 Stevies for
Concentrix year-to-date in 2016.

The IBAs are open to all organizations worldwide: large and small, public and
private, for-profit and nonprofit. Nominations may be submitted by organizations
or individuals. The 2016 competition attracted more than 3,800 nominations from
organizations of all types, in more than 60 nations.
Concentrix won the best customer service award for innovations in recruiting and
process optimization that led to across-the-board metrics improvements for
reduced cost. The company leveraged relationships with educational institutions
such as universities to provide a flexible workforce for our client, while
developing career skills and experience for the next generation of talent.
The company earned the CSR Program of the Year award for building temporary
hutments and providing other disaster relief following disastrous floods to save
villagers in the Kashmir region. This "Smarter Village Model" gave birth to a
new approach in village reconstruction. Concentrix also sponsored educational
and vocational training for youth and members of underprivileged backgrounds, in
a strategic partnership with the NASSCOM Foundation. Staff members also
