Reunion Gold announces AGM Results
(firmenpresse) - LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 09/07/16 -- Reunion Gold Corporation (TSX VENBTURE: RGD) (the "Company") announces that it has held earlier today its annual meeting of shareholders and that David Fennell, Leanne Baker, Rejean Gourde, Vijay Kirpalani and Peter Nixon were re-elected to the board of directors until the next annual meeting.
After serving on the board of directors since 2004, Loraine Oxley chose not to run for re-election. The board and management would like to thank Ms. Oxley for her contribution to the Company over the years.
At the meeting the shareholders also re-appointed Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP as auditors for the financial year ending March 31, 2017, and re-approved the Company's "rolling" stock option plan.
