November fleet update

Songa Venus achieved operating efficiency of 99% during the month, the rig
completed its third well for Shell Development (Australia) and the rig started
its last contractual well in current program for MEO Australia during the month.
The rig is thereafter scheduled to commence its 2 well firm + 1 Option well
contract with Total E&P Australia mid to late December.
Songa Mercur achieved operating efficiency of 95% during the month; the rig
completed its demobilization from Sakhalin to China and commenced its one well
program with ENI China during the month.
Songa Dee achieved operating efficiency of 96% during the operating part of the
month, the rig continue operations for Marathon / Lundin in Norway. The earlier
announced 3 + 1 year Contract for Statoil Petroleum AS at the Gulfaks field was
formally signed during the month.
Songa Delta has achieved operating efficiency of 98% during the month; the rig
continues to operate for Wintershall / Det Norske Oljeselskap in Norway.
Songa Trym has achieved operating efficiency of 97% during the month; the rig
continues to operate for Statoil in Norway.
Songa Eclipse remains under construction at Jurong Shipyard Singapore. Overall
construction activities are progressing and commissioning activity has started.
Rig Owning Company Deepwater Driller LTD has during the month agreed with yard
that formal rig delivery date will be extended from 30(th) April 2011 to end of
July 2011 in order to ensure Contractual readiness and quality assurance towards
operational systems before delivery. The Company is actively marketing the rig
and have several specific contracts targeted for immediate start up after
commissioning and delivery.
