Altran appoints new Chief Financial Officer,
Albin Jacquemont
* Olivier Aldrin, who has elected to pursue a new career path, remains an
advisor to the Chairman and CEO
* This appointment comes while the group layed the foundations of its new
Altran 2020. Ignition model and aims at accelerating its execution
Altran is pursuing its Altran 2020. Ignition transformation strategy, as defined
and actively implemented since November 2015. After a particulary solid first
half performance, fully in line with the company's projected growth trajectory,
Olivier Aldrin leaves his position as Chief Financial Officer of Altran and will
be replaced by Albin Jacquemont effective 8 September. Albin Jacquemont will sit
on the Altran Executive Committee.
Albin Jacquemont, an accomplished CFO, recognized for his exceptional technical
skills, has a vast experience in challenging environments with listed companies
and joins Altran to accelerate its transformation and accompanying financial
performance. Albin Jacquemont has been Chief Financial Officer of Darty PLC, a
listed company on the London Stock Exchange, since 2015, helping to reinforce
Darty's financial structure and providing support for its initial public
offering (IPO).
As he pursues new professional challenges, Olivier Aldrin will remain an advisor
to the Altran Chairman and CEO.

After starting his career at Arhur Andersen, Albin Jacquemont joined Lyonnaise
des Eaux (1992-1998) where he served as chief financial officer of Lyonnaise
Communications, a cable network operator. In 1998, he joined Carrefour to help
develop its services portfolio and international growth. He joined the Carrefour
M&A team (2001-2003) before being named chief financial officer in Poland. Upon
his return to France in 2006, Albin Jacquemont became group financial controller
(2009-2011) contributing to the transformation of the group's finances. From
2011 to 2014, Albin Jacquemont was director of financial controls and chief
financial officer of Carrefour France (2011-2014). He has been Chief Financial
Officer of Darty PLC since 2015. Albin Jacquemont is a graduate of Institut
d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (1986) and holds a MBA from Insead (1992).
