Hydro prolongs frame agreement with EDB ErgoGroup

(Oslo, 6 December 2010) Hydro has prolonged the existing frame agreement for IT
services with EDB ErgoGroup until end 2014. The agreement opens up for new
delivery agreements within the complete service portfolio of EDB ErgoGroup.
The agreement will give EDB ErgoGroup the status as preferred provider, and
confirm EDB ErgoGroup as a strategic IS supplier to Hydro.
The prolonged agreement will enhance and improve the ability to enter into
delivery agreements with time frames being acceptable and giving the necessary
delivery quality.
Development of strategically important areas
"The extended agreement will give both Hydro and EDB ErgoGroup a greater sense
of security for existing important deliveries. It should also contribute to
Hydro's further development within important areas" says Stig Heggelund, CIO,
