HAMILTON, Bermuda - September 15, 2016 - Blue Capital Reinsurance Holdings Ltd.
(NYSE:BCRH); ("Blue Capital") has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per
common share, which is payable on or before October 14, 2016 to holders of
record as of September 30, 2016.
In addition, Blue Capital expects to release its third quarter 2016 results
after the market close on October 31, 2016. Blue Capital will not be hosting a
conference call to discuss its results for this quarter.
