TR1 Announcement - Anglo Pacific Shareholding Increases
African Eagle Resources plc ("African Eagle" or "the Company", ticker AIM: AFE;
AltX: AEA) was notified on December 8, 2010 that as at that date, Anglo Pacific
Group PLC (ticker AIM: APF), increased its shareholding in the Company to
17,275,000 ordinary shares which represents approximately 4.49% of the total
voting rights of the Company.
The above notification was made by Anglo Pacific Group PLC pursuant to the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
