Addtech acquires Wendler

Addtech Energy & Equipment, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today
signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in A. Wendler AB.

Wendler is a technology trading company selling material for electrical
installations, fuses and exterior lighting for the public environment. The
company represents global leading suppliers within its product area and has a
solid niche position within its customer and product segments. Wendler has a
revenue of just over SEK 40 million.

Wendler will be a part of the business unit Energy Supply and the company
contributes with important products to the Addtech Group's sales of energy-
related products in the Swedish market.

The closing is estimated to take place 1 January 2011 and the acquisition is
estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech's earnings per share
during the current financial year.
