Cryo-Save Group N.V. (Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), Europe's
leading adult stem cell storage bank, has been informed today that Mr Walter van
Pottelberge, Non-Executive Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of Euro
0.10 ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of ?4.90 on 13 December 2010. Following this
purchase, Walter van Pottelberge is beneficially interested in 31,210 ordinary
shares, representing approximately 0.33% of the Group's issued share capital.
