Corio delisted from NYSE Paris

Corio herewith announces its delisting of its second listing on NYSE Euronext
Paris. This decision is based on the fact that a second French listing is no
longer obliged for the French SIIC tax status and consequently, it is cost
saving.
The last day of trading on NYSE Euronext Paris has been set at 17 December
2010. The trading in Corio shares will continue on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam
