PACIFIC Named One of the Best Places to Work in San Diego
Award Recognizes PACIFIC's Ongoing Commitment to a Creative Company Culture
(firmenpresse) - SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/27/16 -- PACIFIC Digital Group, the Discovery Agency, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in San Diego by the San Diego Business Journal. It is the second year in a row PACIFIC earned the designation for workplace excellence. The agency ranked number 20 on the 2016 list, moving up 15 spots from the previous year.
The award recognizes San Diego's best employers through a two-part process. The SDBJ first evaluates company policies, philosophies and benefits, then conducts an anonymous staff survey to gauge employee satisfaction.
PACIFIC offers its employees competitive salaries, sizable vacation packages, stock options, flexible schedules, company-sponsored social events, inter-department trainings, an abundance of free snacks, educational skill-building, and quarterly TED Talk discussions. Additionally, the team is encouraged to participate in the company's pro bono work with Water.org and volunteering in the community.
