On December 16, 2010 Ofra Brown, CFO, has exercised 30,000 options in Vizrt Ltd.
at an exercise price of USD 2.68 per share and sold the shares at a price of NOK
21.05 per share. Ofra Brown has further exercised 60,000 options into shares at
an exercise price of USD 2.68 per share. The options were part of the company's
option plan and are to expire on December 20, 2010. As a result of this
exercise, Brown has 225,000 remaining options connected to this program and
91,578 shares.
Following the above exercise of options the total shares outstanding in Vizrt
has increased to 65,428,533.
