0242522-1), entities controlled by it as well as its subsidiaries and investment
funds administered by such subsidiaries has on December 20, 2010 decreased below
1/20 (5 %) being 4.906 %. The total number of Huhtamäki Oyj's shares announced
to be owned on December 20, 2010 by the aforementioned shareholders is
5,203,114 shares.
