Christian Baillet is resigning from the Board of Directors of Compagnie
Financière Tradition S.A. as of 31 December 2010, for personal and professional
reasons. Mr. Baillet served on the Audit and Remuneration Committees and he will
continue to contribute to the work of these Committees after his resignation.
In accepting his resignation the Company extended its warmest thanks to
Christian Baillet for the contribution he has made to the Group for close to 14
years.
