EDB ErgoGroup wins long term framework agreement with Statoil Fuel & Retail

(Oslo, 10 January 2011) EDB ErgoGroup has signed a seven-year framework
agreement with Statoil Fuel & Retail for the delivery of IT services for its
European activities. In addition, EDB ErgoGroup has been awarded an IT services
agreement from Statoil Fuel & Retail.

Statoil Fuel & Retail was separated from Statoil ASA in the autumn 2010 and
listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. As part of this process, the company is
establishing a new, independent IS/IT platform.

This framework agreement will enable Statoil Fuel & Retail to access the full
range of EDB ErgoGroup's IT services within IT operation, Solutions, Project
Management and Consulting.

More about the agreement
The framework agreement gives EDB ErgoGroup the opportunity to offer services in
response to RFPs (request for proposal) from Statoil Fuel & Retail in connection
with their future IS/IT requirements for European activities covering core areas
such as infrastructure services and application management.

EDB ErgoGroup has also been awarded another Statoil Fuel & Retail contract for
delivery of IT services with a total contract value of 3 MNOK. This contract
will initially run for three years, with the option to extend for a further one
year, plus one year thereafter.
