Cryo-Save Group: Share buyback tranche successfully completed

Cryo-Save Group N.V. (Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), Europe's
leading adult stem cell storage bank, announced that it has completed the
tranche of its share buyback programme as announced on 6 January 2011.
The Group has repurchased 100,000 shares during the period 6 January 2011 until
12 January 2011. The shares were repurchased at an average price of ? 5.20.
