Team as of January 25, 2011. Matti Copeland, Senior Vice President, M&A has been
a member of the Board of Directors of Basware Corporation in 2008-2010. Matti
Copeland has extensive experience in investment banking and telecom sectors, for
example, in Citibank, Sampo Bank and Deloitte.
Matti Copeland resigned from the Board of Directors of Basware Corporation on
January 24, 2011.
