January 28, 2011 Northland Resources S.A. (Northland) reports the following
transactions:
On January 27, 2011, Mr. Vladimir (Mirek) Benes exercised 50,000 incentive stock
options at an exercise price of CAD 1.00 per option. Mr. Benes subsequently
sold 50,000 shares of Northland at an average price of NOK 18.93 per share.
After this transaction, Mr. Benes holds 350,000 incentive stock options and
5,000 shares of Northland.
On January 27, 2011, Ms. Deborah Craig exercised 25,000 incentive stock options
at an exercise price of CAD 1.25 per option. Ms. Craig subsequently sold
25,000 shares of Northland at an average price of NOK 18.93 per share. After
this transaction, Ms. Craig holds 150,000 incentive stock options and 5,000
shares of Northland.
On January 27, 2011, Mr. Hans Nilsson exercised 15,000 incentive stock options
at an exercise price of CAD 1.00 per option. Mr. Nilsson subsequently sold
15,000 shares of Northland at an average price of NOK 18.93 per share. After
this transaction, Mr. Nilsson holds 110,000 incentive stock options in
Northland.
