(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/25/16 -- Panorama Petroleum Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PPA) has arranged on a best efforts basis a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 shares at $0.02 per share for gross proceeds of up to $200,000.
Net proceeds of the private placement will be applied towards working capital and for general corporate purposes.
The proposed private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
