Radient Technologies Inc. Announces Further Manufacturing Agreement

(firmenpresse) - EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/29/16 -- Radient Technologies Inc. ("Radient" or "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: RTI), an innovator in the extraction of natural ingredients from natural biomass using a proprietary Microwave Assisted Processing ("MAP™") technology, announced today that it has entered into a fourth manufacturing agreement with a global leader in the development, manufacturing and marketing of innovative ingredients for the cosmetic and personal care industry (the "Customer").

"This fourth agreement confirms the commitment of our Customer to solidify its relationship with Radient by continuing to manufacture specialized natural active ingredients using our expertise and state-of-the-art extraction facility in Edmonton. Recent discussions have confirmed that we will be collaborating on several new projects that may reach significant volumes," said Denis Taschuk, President & CEO.

Under the terms of the agreement, Radient will produce additional volumes of a specialized active ingredient for distribution in the Customer's international distribution network.
