Changes in Biotie's Financial Information in 2011
Notwithstanding earlier announced information, Biotie Therapies Corp.'s
("Biotie") Financial Statement Release of 2010 will be published on March
25, 2011 and the Interim Report for January - March 2011 will be published on
May 13, 2011. The changes are due to the acquisition of Synosia Therapeutics
Holding AG described in Biotie's stock exchange release issued on February
2, 2011 and related matters.
Biotie will publish the following financial information in 2011:
March 25, 2011 Financial Statement Release of 2010
May 13, 2011 Interim Report for January - March 2011
August 5, 2011 Interim Report for January - June 2011
November 4, 2011 Interim Report for January - September 2011
Notwithstanding earlier announced information, the Financial Statements 2010
will be published on March 25, 2011 and Biotie's Annual General Meeting is
expected to convene on Friday May 6, 2011.
The Financial Statements and Interim Reports will be released approximately at
9.00 a.m. (Finnish time) on the given dates.
This announcement informs of the changes in the publishing dates released on
December 30, 2010.
