Reference is made to the summons to bondholders' meeting dated 28 January 2011
for the proposed amendments to FRN SeaBird Exploration Ltd Callable Bond Issue
2007/2012 (ISIN 001 035391.5).
The bondholders' meeting held on 8 February 2011 at 14:00 CET resolved to
approve the amendments in accordance with the Company's proposal. Please find
