Statoil Fuel & Retail informs on dividend payment

09 February 2011 - Statoil Fuel & Retail (Ticker: SFR) announced that, in line
with its dividend policy, its Board of Directors proposes a dividend payment to
shareholders of NOK 3.0 per share. This payment will be financed by way of a
capital reduction. This capital reduction will require a two month creditor
deadline following the date of the Annual General Meeting. Exclusive dividend
payments (ex-date) will be made when the creditor deadline has passed.
