("WizCom") (PrimeStandard: WZM, IL 0010830706) informs today that the Company hasmanaged to source alternative supplies, thereby limiting the negativeeffect of the supply failure of a key component. As a result, WizComwill be able to ship products throughout Q3, and expects to reach atleast the level of Q2 revenues, when the company achieved sales ofapprox. USD 1.0 million.In order to overcome the existing liquidity shortage, Management hasdecided to issue convertible notes to a group of investors, with aminimum of NIS 3,000,000 and a maximum of NIS 5,000,000 (approx. USD800,000 and USD 1.3 million, respectively).
