CHANGE IN INCAP'S MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS
Inission AB, the largest shareholder of Incap Corporation, has in its
Extraordinary General Meeting resolved to distribute the shares of Incap
Corporation as a dividend to its shareholders. Today, Inission AB holds
1,689,876 shares and approximately 38.7% of all shares and votes of Incap
Corporation.
After the implementation of the resolution the holding of Inission AB in Incap
Corporation will be divided between the shareholders of Inission AB. According
to the information available, the major shareholders of Inission AB, i.e.
Fredrik Berghel, Olle Hulteberg and Lars Wingefors, will then hold through their
companies a total of approximately 27% of all the shares of Incap Corporation.
