Ossur applies for listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - The Board of Directors of Ossur hf. has today decided to apply forlisting of the Company's shares on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen. Ossur'sshares will continue to be listed on NASDAQ OMX Iceland as they havebeen since 1999.An additional listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen is believed to makestrong strategic sense for the Company. Copenhagen offers access tothe international investor community and is a recognized market forhealthcare companies. Listing and compliance requirements are similarin Denmark and Iceland and both exchanges are part of the NASDAQ OMXNordic group.Jon Sigurdsson, President & CEO: "The listing of our shares inIceland has served us well and we remain committed to all current andfuture shareholders. Investors domiciled outside Icelandwill, in general, be able to trade Ossur shares freely on the Danishmarket.
