Klövern lets to Vectura in Karlstad
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Klövern has entered into a new long lease contract with VecturaConsulting AB in Karlstad for letting an office. The annual rentamounts to SEK 1.7 million.The lease has a term of six years and the tenant is expected to movein on 1 February 2010. The premises are located at the propertyBarkassen 7 at the expansive Kanikenäset in Karlstad. Vectura startedon 1 January 2009 and is a merger of the Swedish RoadAdministration's (Vägverket) business division Konsult and theSwedish Rail Administration's (Banverket) Consulting Services. Thenew premises will enable the merged activities to take place at thesame location.
