DANNEMORA MINERAL CONTEMPLATES A BOND ISSUE



Dannemora Mineral is contemplating a senior secured bond issue of up to USD 120
million with 5 year maturity. The purpose of the bonds is firstly to complete
the financing of the Dannemora Mine iron ore project and secondly for general
corporate purposes.

The company is willing to undertake that final release of proceeds from the
contemplated bond issue is subject to a Dannemora Mineral equity issue of
minimum SEK 100 million. Such issue to be completed within 12 weeks from
settlement of the bond issue.

"We are considering this form of financing, as it provides us with a fast
solution and considerably  more freedom during the investment period," comments
the Company's CEO, Staffan Bennerdt.

First Securities AS is sole arranger of the contemplated bond issue. Endeavour
Financial International Corporation has acted as financial adviser to Dannemora
Mineral.
