ASKER, NORWAY (24 February 2011) - Thirty six employees of TGS have today, 24
February 2011, exercised in total 512,750 stock options. There were 394,500
options exercised from the award in August 2006 secured by warrants at an
exercise price of NOK 105.50 per share. There were 85,000 options exercised from
the award in August 2008 secured by treasury shares at an exercise price of NOK
70.80 per share and 33,250 options were exercised from the award in August 2009
secured by warrants at an exercise price of NOK 78.66 per share. Attached is a
list of primary insiders exercising stock options.
