WINAICO extends product warranty to 15 years
WINAICO improves the product warranty for the complete solar module portfolio to bring more protection to customers’ solar investments
(firmenpresse) - Creglingen, 24.01.2017 – WINAICO, a subsidiary of Taiwan’s biggest solar module manufacturer Win Win Precision Technology Co, Ltd., extends the product warranty of all its solar module series to 15 years.
The new warranty terms are introduced retroactively as of January 1st 2017 and complement the 25-year linear performance guarantee that was already introduced in 2012. By extending the product warranty to 15 years, WINAICO stays ahead of the market with longer duration of protection to the customers from material or production defects in solar modules. The 25-year linear performance guarantee ensures a performance of at least 97 % of rated performance in the first year, and annual power degradation no more than 0.7 % in the following 24 years.
