Changes to the Board of Directors

Einar J. Greve has informed Eltek ASA that he will become a partner in Arctic
Securities ASA. As a consequence of this and in accordance with the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act, Einar J. Greve has notified the Company that he resigns
from the Board of Eltek ASA with immediate effect.
