Sandvika, March 9, 2011: An Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of
Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (REC) was held on March 9, 2011 at 15:00 (Oslo
time) at REC's headquarters in Sandvika, Norway.
479,504,157 shares were represented, corresponding to 48.09 percent of the share
capital.
All matters proposed in the notice of the meeting which was issued on February
16, 2011 were resolved as proposed.
