Sampo Annual Report has been published online
The Sampo Group Annual Report 2010 has been published at
www.sampo.com/annualreport. For the first time in our history, the Annual Report
is only available online.
In addition to the Financial Statements and the Board of Directors' Report, a
major aspect of the Annual Report involves videos presenting the group's
financial situation and the development of the business areas in 2010. Group CEO
and President Kari Stadigh, Head of P&C insurance Torbjörn Magnusson, Head of
life insurance Petri Niemisvirta and Chairman of the Board Björn Wahlroos are
all featured in separate videos. Furthermore, members of the Sampo Group
personnel describe developments from the past year on videos.
The Annual Report includes tools for investors, analysts and journalists
enabling the user to make personal reports on parts of the Annual Report
webpage. The reports can be saved as pdf files in the Download Center, which
means that they can be either printed or shared by email or other channels, such
as social media. Users can also make notes in the Annual Report. An extensive
P&C insurance and life insurance Glossary is attached to the Annual Report.
Sampo has also published a Corporate Governance Statement and Sampo Group's
Salary and Remuneration report at the address www.sampo.com/cg.
Finally, a shortened Annual Review containing the essential parts of the Annual
Report will be published in printed form for those attending Sampo's Annual
General Meeting on 14 April 2011.
