Revised earnings per share guidance for Yara Improvement Program

Oslo, 10 February 2017: As communicated earlier, the Yara Improvement Program
targets a minimum USD 500 million annual EBITDA improvement by 2020. Following
its fourth quarter results presentation, Yara has reviewed its earnings per
share guidance linked to the program, and has revised this to NOK 10 per share
incremental earnings by 2020, at current exchange rates.
