RHJ International: Transparency Declaration - Notification: RIT Capital Partners plc

In accordance with the rules on financial transparency, RIT Capital Partners plc
sent a notification confirming that the aggregate amount of shares they hold has
fallen on March 7, 2011 below the threshold of 3% of the shares issued by RHJ
International ("RHJI").
On March 7, 2011, RIT Capital Partners plc held 2,522,810 voting rights,
representing a stake of 2.95% of RHJI total issued shares compared to a stake of
3.31% held previously according to its transparency declaration.
