price of NOK 8.943 per share.
Berge Gerdt Larsen is the chairman of Petrolia Invest AS. Mr Larsen is also the
chairman of DNO International ASA.
Following this transaction, Petrolia Invest AS holds 1 683 030 shares in DNO.
