(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PPA)(OTC PINK: AZUEF)(FRANKFURT: TMP1) is pleased to announce that the board of Directors has resolved to change the name of the Company to Stamper Oil & Gas Corp. The Board has also resolved to consolidate the common shares of the Company on the basis of 1 post-consolidation common share for up to 10 common shares currently issued and outstanding. The Company will hold a Special Meeting of the shareholders on March 24, 2017, at which shareholders will be asked to approve the name change and share consolidation. The proposed name change and share consolidation is subject to regulatory approval.
