Local Alexander Technique teacher aims to bring posture training for performance gains to Exeter
Jenny Skinner brings over 30 years experience to Exeter
(firmenpresse) - Devon, United Kingdom – Jenny Skinner , a highly experienced Alexander Technique teacher, has recently moved to Devon and will be focusing on building her practice in Exeter. Primarily based at The Practice Rooms in Castle Street, Jenny aims to also take the Alexander Technique to local businesses, working from their premises to coach their employees.
Jenny Skinner has already secured a large number of clients throughout the county and will now be focusing on bringing them to Exeter and expanding. She has a particular interest in making The Alexander Technique available to professionals who would otherwise find it hard to access due to the constraints of work. Office workers, hospital workers, university workers and a vast range of others can benefit from understanding the basic ergonomics of human movement, and being shown how to incorporate sensible strategies into their woking, and private, lives.
Anyone an benefit from the practical set of skills Jenny teaches: whether it be to enhance performance at work or to reduce absenteeism, she has solid, long-term solutions. By learning to function efficiently, a person will feel more elegant, energised and able to perform better whatever the are doing. Those suffering from chronic conditions such as back pain, neck pain, headache and RSI can learn how to manage themselves better and potentially recover completely. Jenny will train people at either end of the spectrum and all those in between.
