Issuing senior bonds

Storebrand ASA has today decided to issue 5 year senior unsecured bonds in NOK.
The purpose of the issue is refinancing of STB04 and general financing of the
Issuer.
Nordea Markets and SEB are mandated advisors and bookrunners for the
transaction. In connection with the transaction Nordea Markets and SEB on behalf
of Storebrand offers to repurchase bonds in STB04 (ISIN: NO0010280118) provided
purchasing of bonds in the new loan.
