FuLuCai.TV Launches Beta Version of "The Real Deal"

Vancouver, British Columbia, March 23, 2011 - FuLuCai.TV has launched the
premiere version of "The Real Deal" business show, where the viewers pick the
winner.
The multi-episode show features an expert panel from the investment community,
who discuss the investment merits of a variety of public companies. The first
episode looks at six diverse public companies trading on the Toronto Stock
Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange.
The show is completely objective in that none of the companies has paid to be on
the show. It is the viewers' votes that determine which company is ultimately
declared The Real Deal.

SmartCool Systems Inc (TSX.V - SSC) is a clean technology company offering a
