The Board of Directors in EMGS has on Wednesday 23 March 2011 approved the
Company's annual financial statements for 2010.
There are no material changes in the financial statements compared to the
preliminary and unaudited year-end figures that were reported for the fourth
quarter 2010 on 10 February 2011.
