Bjørge introduces new structure and goals aimed at generating
considerable growth

(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Stavanger 31 August 2009: Bjørge ASA will during the autumn of 2009organise the group's operations into a new structure that will give amore pronounced focus on main activities, and which will be bettermatched to group ambitions for obtaining further growth. Informationon the group's development plans will be the key message in thepresentation that Bjørge's CEO Stig Feyling will be giving at theRogaland på Børs seminar 31 August and the Pareto conference 2SeptemberUntil now, Bjørge has had four divisions and financial reportingunits. The new structure will have two; Process system and Safetysystem. Pro forma historical accounting data will be compiled in linewith the new organisational mode, which will be published prior tothe publication of results for the third quarter of 2009.Bjørge is also currently considering the potential for obtainingfurther growth. The goal is that any new growth must generate asignificant increase in operation, sales, and results during thecourse of a few years. The group considers there is a potential forobtaining growth within today's core activities as well as adjacentareas of activity.
