EDB ErgoGroup ASA - Annual Accounts for 2010

(Oslo, 24 March 2010) The Annual Report and Accounts of EDB ErgoGroup ASA for
2010 were today approved by the company's Board of Directors.
The final operating result for 2010, after non-recurring items, was a loss of
NOK 157 million as compared to a loss of NOK 130 million reported in the
provisional figures for the year. The final post-tax result for the year was a
loss of NOK 228 million as compared to a loss of NOK 209 million reported in the
provisional figures for the year.
The changes to reported earnings are the result of new information that has
become available since the presentation of the results for the fourth quarter of
2010, and the Board of Directors of EDB ErgoGroup resolved to write down the
value of certain minor sub-components of the Bank & Finance software portfolio
in business area Solutions by NOK 27 million in 2010. The write-down will not
have any significant cash flow consequences for subsequent periods.
The Annual Report and Accounts will be published on www.edbergogroup.com on 29
April 2011.
