ASPO'S GROUP EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO BE STRENGTHENED
Aspo Group's Legal Counsel, Toni Santalahti, LL.M., has been appointed head of
legal affairs at Aspo Plc and a member of the Group Executive Committee as of
March 1, 2017. He will be in charge of the management and organization of legal
affairs related to Aspo Plc and the businesses owned by Aspo, and he will report
to the Group CEO. Toni Santalahti also acts as secretary on the Boards of
Directors of Aspo Plc and its businesses, as well as on the Group Executive
Committee. He has worked as a Group Legal Counsel at Aspo Plc since 2009 when he
transferred to Aspo Group through the acquisition of Kauko-Telko Oy.
