(Thomson Reuters ONE) - As of 31 August 2009 the number of shares in Tele2 AB amounts to446,149,339 shares of which are 38,128,996 Class A shares, with tenvotes each, and 402,222,343 Class B shares and 5,798,000 Class Cshares with one vote each. The total number of votes in the companyamounts to 789,310,303.
