MICHAEL HORNEY RESIGNS FROM CAMPOSOL HOLDING PLC

Mr. Michael Horney, Chief Commercial Officer of Camposol Holding Plc, has
resigned from his position and communicated he is resigning to pursue personal
projects.
Mr. Horney expresses gratitude to his colleagues and to the shareholders for the
trust deposited in him.
"Camposol thanks Mr. Horney for his contribution to the company during his
tenure as CCO, and wishes him success in his future endeavours," says Fabio
Matarazzo di Licosa, CEO of Camposol Holding Plc.
His resignation is effective3 1 March 2011.
In the upcoming months Camposol will look for a suitable replacement for the
position.
Meanwhile, Fabio Matarazzo di Licosa, CEO of Camposol , will oversee the
commercial activities of the Company.
