Sale of Nationale Suisse's group life business to Swiss Life approved

The transfer of Nationale Suisse's entire group life business to Swiss Life
announced on 18 January 2011 has been approved by the supervisory authorities.
The sale will be formally completed on 6 April 2011, with retroactive effect as
of 1 January 2011.
