Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, March 17, 2017, Klondike Gold Corp. (TSX.V:KG; FRA: LBDP) (Klondike Gold or the Company) announces a non brokered private placement to raise up to $1,750,000 of flow-through funds (the Private Placement).
The Private Placement will consist of the sale of units at a price of $0.20 per unit, with each unit consisting of one flow-through common share and one non flow-through common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one non flow-through common share at a price of $0.30 per common share for a period of thirty six (36) months from closing.
The Company intends to use the proceeds from the offering to continue exploration and development of the Companys Yukon properties.
The securities issued in connection with this transaction are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and all securities will be subject to a four month plus one day statutory hold period after closing.
