Klövern AB: Klövern divests four properties for SEK 110 million

Klövern has in four separate transactions sold the properties Uroxen 14 in
Kristinehamn, Malmen 6 in Norrköping, Bjälken 3 in Malmö and Bageriet 2 in
Örebro. The total lettable area of the properties amounts to 15,646 sq.m. and
the total underlying property value amounted to SEK 110 million.

Transfer of possession: Uroxen 14 on 1 February 2017, Malmen 6 on 7 February
2017, Bjälken 3 on 1 March 2017 and Bageriet 2 on 20 March 2017. After the
divestment of Uroxen 14, Klövern does not own any properties in Kristinehamn.
