added Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) services to the company's Retailer
Consolidation program using the Datalliance VMI platform. Through their
consolidation program, CaseStack works with suppliers of typically lower volume
or niche market products to combine less than truckload (LTL) shipments into
full truckloads (FTL) for delivery to major retailer distribution centers. The
optional VMI service further streamlines the process for all parties by taking
responsibility for replenishment planning and execution.
